I recently had a 1h30 deep tissue massage with Douglas at PepperLeaf Studio, in Nenagh, and I can confidently say that Douglas is an exceptional massotherapist and a truly warm, kind-hearted person. The massage itself was intense but deeply therapeutic. I felt noticeable relief already after the very first session. My goal was to relief tension in my legs and lower back, especially in my case, who spends long hours seated at an office job. Douglas used a variety of techniques to target the tension, including cupping, to target the muscle tightness. I now plan to return regularly to maintain this progress. I recommend Douglas and PepperLeaf Studio to anyone seeking expert, compassionate care. He took the time during our first visit to clearly explain what he would be doing and why, pointing me muscles and bone structure to help me understand. I had felt the drainage of sebum during the 14-15 hours on my face after procedure. It seemed like there was something going out all the time. The big comedones didn't survive. Some small blackheads were easily gone the next day.
