1. Business Information
PepperLeaf Beauty Studio is located at 66 Kenyon Street, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, E45 V276. We provide massage, waxing, brow, lash, facial, and nail services, together with related consultations and patch testing where appropriate.
2. Bookings
All services are subject to availability and are offered by appointment. By making a booking, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method or contact details submitted.
3. Appointment Communications
By making a booking, you agree that PepperLeaf Beauty Studio may contact you about that appointment where reasonably necessary. This may include confirmation messages, reminders, rescheduling, cancellation handling, lateness or no-show follow-up, waiting-list contact, patch-test reminders, pre-appointment preparation instructions, and aftercare or treatment-related instructions. These communications may be sent by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp where relevant to your booking.
4. Marketing Preferences
Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of booking. If you choose to opt in, we may send promotions, offers, new treatment announcements, or studio updates by the channel(s) you selected, such as email and/or WhatsApp. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. 5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling unless we state otherwise for a specific promotion, package, or service. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of any deposit paid and may be charged up to the full service fee, where legally permitted and clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
6. Arriving Late
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may need to be shortened or, where necessary, rescheduled so that other clients are not affected. The full appointment fee may still apply.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on our website or booking platform are subject to change at any time before a booking is confirmed. Payment may be taken online, by deposit, or in person, depending on the service and booking terms in force at the time.
Where a deposit or advance payment is required, any refund or transfer will be handled in line with the cancellation policy and the terms shown at the time of booking.
8. Health Information, Contraindications, and Patch Testing
You must tell us about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or other circumstances that may affect treatment safety or suitability. This information must be accurate and up to date.
Some services may require a patch test, consultation, or suitability assessment before treatment. We reserve the right to postpone, modify, or decline a service where we believe this is necessary for safety, hygiene, professional standards, or contraindications.
9. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule a treatment where:
- there is a safety, hygiene, or contraindication concern
- required consultation or patch testing has not been completed
- the client behaves in a threatening, abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe way
- the treatment requested is not clinically or professionally suitable
10. Results and Aftercare
Treatment results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee identical outcomes for all clients. Where aftercare guidance is provided, you are responsible for following it to help support safe and effective results.
11. Refunds
Refunds are not generally provided for completed services unless required by law or where we determine that a refund, repeat treatment, credit, or other remedy is appropriate in the circumstances.
12. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, images, and layout, is owned by or licensed to PepperLeaf Beauty Studio unless otherwise stated. It may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law. Subject to that, PepperLeaf Beauty Studio will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability relating to a booking or service will be limited to the amount paid for that booking or service except where a greater liability applies under law.
We are not responsible for adverse outcomes where relevant medical, allergy, or contraindication information was not disclosed accurately or where aftercare instructions were not followed.
14. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of how bookings and communications are managed.
15. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update our services, prices, booking requirements, and these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply to future bookings from its effective date.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
